30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE & RETURN POLICY

HOW DOES IT WORK?
We have a 30-day satisfaction policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same unopened condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Refunds are covered below.
To start a return or refund request, simply send an email to our support team at care@aloe-tallow.com. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We can only provide return shipping labels to domestic (USA) orders. International customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
