Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Time

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after your order ships.

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. Total time from order to delivery is typically 4–7 days.

Shipping rates for orders under $40 are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. If you don't receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at care@aloe-tallow.com.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location. Carrier selection is made at our discretion to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery to your area.

Shipping Delays

Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to:

  • High-volume shipping periods (holidays, peak seasons)
  • Severe weather events
  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

ALOETALLOW LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed off. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us and we'll help resolve it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please first check with neighbors and any secure package areas. If the package still cannot be located, contact us at care@aloe-tallow.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll work with you to make it right.

Damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product and email them to care@aloe-tallow.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement at no charge.

We stand behind every bottle we ship. If something goes wrong, we'll fix it.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. ALOETALLOW LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at care@aloe-tallow.com as quickly as possible. We'll do our best to correct it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Returned-to-Sender Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment may require an additional shipping fee. If you choose not to reship, we'll issue a refund for the product cost only.

P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. boxes via USPS.
